Return & Refund Policy


DopeShip Shop's Return Policy

Our Policy Lasts 10 Days From Receipt Of Merchandise.   To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.  We Accept All Unused Product Returns After 10 Days Of Product Delivery To Your Delivery Address. 

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

You must fill our our return form and send it via email to within 10 days of the deliver date to start the return process.  You must also return all unused return original merchandise back to us.  We do charge a 20% restocking fee plus you must pay for the cost of shipping to return the product. 


There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)

Book with obvious signs of use CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record that has been opened Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error Any item that is returned more than 10 days after delivery.  Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.


Sale items (if applicable)

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.


Exchanges (if applicable)

You may request for an Exchange replacement if any of the following apply

  • Item Was Damaged During Shipping
  • Item Was Not As Described 
  • Your Ordered The Wrong Size

To return your product, you should mail your product to: 9 Oriole Lane Lake Oswego, OR 97035.


You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.


Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

We must receive the returned merchandise to our location before we can process a new order within 20 days of the deliver date.  The reorder process can take up to 45 days from the return of the merchandise.  


If your order was more then $75 we recommend you ship the product back to us with tracking information. 


DopeShipShop's Cancellation Policy.   

We typically process orders within the first 5-24 hours of order, to ensure a full refund We will accept cancellations within 24 hours of original order for a full refund no questions asked.
